Here's what to do if you're having trouble keeping the wires from falling out of the terminals:

We recommend slightly unscrewing the screws at the terminals and pushing them down before inserting the wires. Here's a great video showing how to install the wires in the terminals and make them stay put. 

It's also important not to force the screws too much, especially when unscrewing them. If they fall out of the screw holes, unfortunately they can't be re-inserted.
