ZEN30 Double Switch Change Log

Here are the features we added to the Double Switch so far.

Original release.
Hardware:

Firmware: 1.03

Included S2 security, OTA firmware updates, and over 20 advanced settings to customize the device.

Firmware: 1.05

Fixed LED behavior for dimmer all LEDs on when on mode (Parameter 1, value 3).
Fixed dimmer and relay behavior after power outage with disabled manual control (Parameter 19/20 values 0 or 2, Parameter 12 values 1, 2, 4, 6, 8).
Parameter 13 now sets ramp rate for both physical and Z-Wave on/off control, rather than just physical as before. We removed parameter 22. See all settings and details here.
Added the ability to adjust reporting behavior for disabled physical control on the dimmer and relay (Parameters 24 and 25).
Added night light mode (press and hold the lower paddle on the dimmer to turn the light on to low brightness), adjustable in Parameter 26.
Added a setting to adjust paddle orientation for the dimmer (Parameter 27).

Firmware: 1.11

Added parameters 28 and 29 to disable scene control and removed button delay when scene control is disabled (see all settings and details here).
Added parameter 30 to disable programming functionality from the dimmer paddles so triple-tap can be used for scene control (see setting details here).

Hardware:

Replaced mosfet with triac for the dimmer part to increase LED bulb compatibility and electrical capability.

Added reports sent to Group 2 and Group 4 when the dimmer is activated with double tap to full brightness or with night light mode (lower paddle held down when off).
Fixed smart bulb mode bug behavior: LED indicators no longer changes status when dimmer is set not to report status or change LED's when manual control is disabled.
Fixed ramp rate bug: the setting now affects both on and off actions, previously on was always instant regardless of the value of the setting.

Upgraded 700 Series Z-Wave chip for longer range and faster communication
Adjusted the Voltage regulator circuit to improve the overall electrical performance of the dimmer.

Improved the delay for on/off control from the dimmer paddle with scene control disabled
Fixed a bug: When the LED indicator is set to 'on when the load is on' (parameter 1, value 1), the LED stays on as expected now.
Fixed a bug: The ZEN30 relay button direct association group 2 for basic on/off commands is working as expected now.
Improved Direct Association Group 3 for the multilevel set functionality.
Added Advanced Parameter 34: Disable the LED blinking when a setting is changed. See all settings here.

All ZEN30 Double Switches can be updated via OTA firmware updates, here is how to do that. You can access all firmware files here after you register your product and create an account here. There are currently 3 different hardware versions (1.0, 2.0, and 3.0) of the product so you need to make sure to apply the correct firmware for your version. Questions?
