Here is a list of the changes and updates we made to the ZEN51 Dry Contact Relay so far.

VER. 1.0 (released 1/2022)

Original release.
Hardware:

• 700 Series Z-Wave chip
• Single pole or direct 3-way capability
• Pigtail wires for easy installation
• Wiring limitation: in certain scenarios with too much noise on the wires, the wall switch wouldn't trigger the relay (most commonly when installed in a light fixture more than 30 feet from the wall switch)

Firmware: 1.10

• 3 switch types to choose from (on/off toggle fixed to position, on/off toggle regular, momentary + impulse 3-way wiring mode for selected 3-way scenarios)

• Smart bulb mode

• Scene control (works best with momentary wall switches)

VER. 1.30 (released 6/2022)

Hardware:

• Fixed the wiring limitations for wall switches not triggering the relay in selected scenarios

Firmware: 1.30

• Optimized performance in different wiring scenarios

VER. 1.40 (released 8/2022 as OTA)

Firmware: 1.40

• Fixed reverse behavior for toggle switch with fixed action (always toggle up for on, always toggle down for off)

VER. 1.50 (released 3/2023)

Firmware: 1.50

• Added Z-Wave Long Range

VER. 1.60 (released 4/2023 as OTA)

Firmware: 1.60

• Fixed smart bulb behavior after a power outage: the actual status of the relay and the reported status of the relay are both restored correctly now

VER. 1.70 (released 8/2023 as OTA)

Firmware: 1.70

• Removed the delay when controlling the ZEN51 from the external mechanical switch when parameter 12 is set to value 0 (disable external switch multiple click detection)
