Some ZEN78 High Power Relay configuration issues can be resolved by a factory reset.
When to perform a factory reset:
- You have tried to exclude the relay from your network, or
- It is unresponsive to manual and Z-Wave control
A hard reset will erase all custom settings and recorded activity, returning the device to factory defaults.
Factory Reset Process

Ensure the relay is powered on

Click the Z-Wave button once and immediately after, press and hold the button for 20 seconds.

The LED indicator will flash for 20 seconds and turn solid red for 2 seconds to indicate successful reset. All previously recorded activity and custom settings will be erased from the device’s memory
After resetting the unit, try including it to your Z-Wave hub again to see if that helped resolve any issues you were seeing.
