Some ZEN56 RGBW Dimmer configuration issues can be resolved by a factory reset.

When to perform a factory reset:

1. You have tried to exclude the relay from your network, or

2. It is unresponsive to manual and Z-Wave control

​​​​​​​A hard reset will erase all custom settings and recorded activity, returning the device to factory defaults.

Steps to factory reset the ZEN56:

1. Ensure the relay is powered on

2. Click the Z-Wave button once and immediately after, press and hold the button for 15 seconds. The LED indicator will flash red during the process and turn solid red for 3 seconds to confirm successful reset. NOTE: All previously recorded activity and custom settings will be erased from the device’s memory

After resetting the unit, try adding it to your Z-Wave hub again to see if that helped resolve any issues you were seeing.
