If your ZEN34 is having trouble, a factory reset could help with any configuration issues.
If you've already given exclusion a try, and your Remote Switch is unresponsive to manual and Z-Wave control, then a factory reset is the next step. A hard reset will erase all custom settings and recorded activity, returning the device to factory defaults.
To factory reset the ZEN34, tap-tap-tap'n'hold the lower paddle (this is the bottom paddle closer to the LED indicator) until the LED indicator starts blinking red. The LED indicator will blink 10 times and then stay solid red for 2 seconds to indicate a successful reset.
After resetting the unit, try including it to your Z-Wave hub again to see if that helped resolve any issues you were seeing. If the unit's LED is not lighting up, try a fresh battery to rule out any power related issues.
Let us know if your ZEN34 is having trouble being reset, or if you're still experiencing issues after the reset!
