If your ZEN17 is having trouble, a factory reset could help with any configuration issues.
If you've already tried excluding the device from your network, and your Universal Relay is unresponsive to manual and Z-Wave control, then a factory reset is the next step. A hard reset will erase all custom settings and recorded activity, returning the device to factory defaults.
To complete the reset process manually, click the Z-Wave button 4 times quickly, the LED indicator will light up, then quickly click the Z-Wave button 4 times again. The LED indicator will blink blue twice and stay solid blue when the reset completes.
After resetting the unit, try including it to your Z-Wave hub again to see if that helped resolve any issues you were seeing.
