Hubitat integrated the ZEN26 Switch to make inclusion easier right out of the box.
You'll want to select S2 Unauthenticated security for your ZEN26 if you're using a Hubitat C-7 hub, if it isn't already selected during pairing. Users of older Hubitat hubs can simply skip this and go ahead to the inclusion steps as S2 security is only supported on the C-7 hub.
You can use these simple steps to have your ZEN26 join your Hubitat network:

Open Hubitat in your Internet browser

Go to Devices

Click on Discover Devices in the top right corner

Click on Z-Wave

Click on Start Z-Wave Inclusion

While the app says is in inclusion mode, tap the upper paddle of the dimmer 3 times as quickly as possible (LED indicator will start flashing)

Rename and confirm the found device
If the switch won’t pair to your hub, try unpairing it from Hubitat first. It’s possible to exclude a device even if it has never been added before. The ZEN26’s should be accessible from the device view on Hubitat. If you aren’t able to access them, check that your Hubitat is running on the latest platform version and then you’ll need to install a custom device driver with these instructions.
