The ZEN24 switch will quickly pair to your hub as it is officially integrated with Hubitat.
For Hubitat C-7 hub users, your S2 security level for the ZEN24 should be S2 Unauthenticated. Make sure to select this when prompted so that your switch is included correctly. S2 is only supported on the C-7 hub, so if you're using an older Hubitat hub you don't need to worry about this step.
You can follow these easy step-by-step instructions to connect your ZEN24 switch to your Hubitat network:

Open Hubitat in your Internet browser

Go to Devices

Click on Discover Devices in the top right corner

Click on Z-Wave

Click on Start Z-Wave Inclusion

While the app says is in inclusion mode, toggle the switch UP 3 times as quickly as possible

Rename and confirm the found device
If the switch is having problems including to your hub, you can try excluding it first. It will act as a soft reset to help your switch properly connect to Hubitat. If you don’t see the ZEN24’s advanced settings in device view on Hubitat, check if your Hubitat platform is up-to-date, and use these steps to add a custom device driver.
