After making sure the Multisiren is powered properly, CLICK-CLICK-CLICKCLICK’N’HOLD the Z-Wave button for at least 5 seconds. The LED indicator will flash to confirm that the reset was successful.
This type of reset will erase all recorded activity and custom settings so that your device is restored to factory settings. After resetting the Multisiren, include it to your Z-Wave network again to see if that solved the problem.
