Here is a list of the changes and updates we made to the ZEN54 0-10V Dimmer so far.

VER. 1.0 (released 2/2023)

Original release.
Hardware:

• 700 Series Z-Wave chip
• Pigtail wires for easy installation

Firmware: 1.20

• Set minimum and maximum brightness levels

• Z-Wave Long Range ready

• SmartStart for easy and secure inclusion

Firmware: 1.30 (released 5/2023 as OTA)

• Added advanced parameters 15 and 16 for the Physical Ramp Rates. See all settings here.
• Added advanced parameters 17 and 18 for the Z-Wave Ramp Rates. See all settings here.

Firmware: 1.40 (released 12/2024 as OTA)

• Added advanced parameter 19: Custom brightness level for ON command. See all settings here.

Firmware: 1.50 (released 06/2025 as OTA)

• Updated parameter names and short descriptions in the Configuration Command Class to match the Advanced Setting Article.
• Optimized Z-Wave reporting behavior: when Basic Set, Binary Set, and Multilevel set commands are sent from the Z-Wave controller (Lifeline), the device will no longer send redundant report or notification commands back to the controller.

Firmware: 1.60 (released 08/2025 as OTA)

• Fixed: A bug (introduced in 1.50 firmware) affecting Home Assistant and Z-Wave JS users, where the dimmer part was not correctly updating. Both target value and current value now report as expected.
