Trouble including the ZEN54 to Hubitat? The best step to try is exclusion!
Exclusion is a quick, easy process that can be done even if the device has never been included to Hubitat. It behaves as a soft Z-Wave reset for the device, and can resolve any connectivity or configuration issues.
Follow the steps below to exclude the ZEN54:

Open Hubitat in your Internet browser

Go to Devices

Click on Discover Devices in the top right corner

Click on Z-Wave

Click on Start Z-Wave Exclusion

While the device is searching for a device, click the Z-Wave button on the relay 3 times as quickly as possible

The app will indicate when the device is successfully excluded.
If you receive confirmation that the exclusion was successful, follow the steps below to re-include your ZEN54 to Hubitat:

Open Hubitat in your Internet browser

Go to Devices

Click on Discover Devices in the top right corner

Click on Z-Wave

Click on Start Z-Wave Inclusion

While the app says is in inclusion mode, click the Z-Wave button on the ZEN54 3 times as quickly as possible (the LED indicator will start flashing)

Rename and confirm the found device
