LED lights flickering might be due to driver incompatibility between the bulb and dimmer.
The executive element in the ZEN72 Dimmer switches is TRIAC, a leading edge driver. If your LED bulbs call for a dimmer that uses a trailing edge driver, it could cause the lights in your installation to flicker.
There are a few ways you can resolve this if you'd prefer not to change the bulbs: you can add a bypass to the load or try a ZEN27/ZEN77 dimmer. The ZEN27 and ZEN77 dimmer models use MOSFET (trailing edge / ELV dimming).
Another important details is to make sure your LED bulbs are labeled as dimmable. On/off LED bulbs are not compatible with dimmers and will not perform correctly.
Never use a Z-Wave dimmer with smart bulbs unless you disable paddle control on them first. Dimming smart bulbs from a wall dimmer may damage your equipment.
