Hubitat should include the ZEN27 without a problem because it is officially integrated – it just may require a custom device driver to view all of the device’s advanced settings.
Your hub should be running on the most recent platform version. You can also check if there is a firmware update for your ZEN27 switch. Once you’ve done that, installing the custom device driver is a quick process:

Open Hubitat in your browser.

Click on Drivers Code in the side menu.

In the top right corner, click on "+New Driver" and paste the code from the following link. Please click on this link to access the code for the driver, then copy ALL of the code from the page.

Click Save in the top right corner.

You'll see a "Zooz ZEN Dimmer Advanced" driver in your Drivers Code list now.

Now add your device to Hubitat or if you already have, assign the driver to it by going to the device view and selecting the driver name from the drop-down menu under Device Type. Then click Update Device.

Don't skip this step: Click the Configure button, then Save, and reload the device view or refresh page for all of the new settings to appear.
