There is No LED Activity and My ZAC38 Range Extender is Unresponsive

You've plugged in your ZAC38 Range Extender into a grounded 110VAC receptacle, and there is no LED response from the device? We can help!

 

First, please note that the device battery does not come charged; once it is plugged in then the battery will charge. 

 

If there is still no response, please try moving it to a different receptacle to rule out any grounding issues.

 

If the receptacle is powered and the LEDs are working fine but the device is unresponsive to manual and remote commands, try performing a hard reset on the Range Extender. Just remember that this type of reset will erase all previously recorded activity along with any custom changes you had in place.
