*The ZEN37 can be charged by USB-C; the absolute maximum supplied by the adapter must be no more than 5V / 1A. Any amount over a standard 5V / 1A power supply may damage the device. Absolutely no Apple chargers can be used with any Zooz device.

• We do not recommend using any Apple chargers with our devices because most Apple power adapters are designed to support USB Power Delivery (USB PD), a fast-charging protocol that can deliver much higher voltages and current than our products are designed to handle.
• This device require a simple 5V / 1A power source with limited current.
• Apple chargers, especially those intended for iPhones, iPads, or MacBooks, are engineered to negotiate with Apple compatible devices specifically and may output 9V, 12V, 15V, or even 20V—well beyond what our devices can safely accept. If the power negotiation fails, or if the charger defaults to a higher voltage, it can damage the device.
• For that reason, we strongly recommend using a basic, non-smart 5V USB charger rated between 0.5A and 1A
