Your ZEN15 Power Switch is officially integrated to work out of the box – no additional setup needed! Just make sure to add your device to Hubitat before plugging anything into it.
If you're using the Hubitat C-7 hub, for now you'll want to select Include without security and add the ZEN15 without security to successfully add the device. If you have an older generation hub, you can just follow the inclusion steps below as S2 security is only supported on the newest C-7 hub.

Smart Start Inclusion
On the Hubitat app:
- Open the Tools tab (wrench icon on the bottom)
- Scroll to the bottom, select Z-Wave
- This will take you to a screen where you can select either Smart Start or regular inclusion
- Select Smart Start
- This will take you to the smart start inclusion list. Devices will be displayed there that are in the process of inclusion through Smart Start.
- Select the QR symbol in the top right to open the camera for the DSK scan
- Power the device (important to do this AFTER QR scan)
- The device integration will begin. The window will appear asking you to name the device; click Save after naming
- Finishing inclusion may take a few minutes

Manual Inclusion

Plug the ZEN15 Power Switch into an outlet within range of your hub

Open Hubitat in your Internet browser

Go to Devices

Click on Discover Devices in the top right corner

Click on Z-Wave

Click on Start Z-Wave Inclusion

While the app says is in inclusion mode, press the Z-Wave button 3 times very quickly (LED indicator will start flashing)

Rename and confirm the found device
If the ZEN15 won’t pair with your Hubitat hub, you can try to exclude it first. The process will help the Power Switch configure properly so that it can connect to the network. You should also have access to the advanced settings for the ZEN15 in device view. If you aren’t seeing it, you’ll need to check that your Hubitat platform is running on the latest version.
