Unfortunately, Wink doesn't provide blanket compatibility for all multi-channel devices. 

The MultiRelay shows up as a single device in Wink so it only allows you to control all of the 3 relays at the same time. Individual control of the relays is not possible through Wink's sytem. If you were planning on using the MultiRelay with only one garage door, it will work fine but you won't be able to take full advantage of all the settings and individual control with Wink.

In general, Wink also doesn't support many of the newer Z-Wave Plus devices based on the updated command classes. 

If you're looking for a system that's more open and flexible, we'd recommend using your device with a system like SmartThings or Hubitat.
