Here are the changes we made to the ZEN58 model so far.

VER. 1.0 (released 6/2025)

Original release.

Hardware VER 1:

  • 800 Series Z-Wave Chip
  • Block Screw Terminal for the Power Line and Load connections
  • Pigtail wires for Dry Contact Switch connections
  • Dry Contact Relay

Firmware VER 1.10: 

  • Smart Bulb Mode

  • Scene control (works best with momentary wall switches)

  • S2 Authenticated security

  • Z-Wave Long Range ready (support direct, no-mesh communication)

Firmware VER 1.20 (released 02/2026 as OTA)

  • Updated SDK from 7.18.8 to 7.24.1
  • Added Long Range support for Europe
