Can't Add My ZEN52 Double Relay to Vera

Are you unable to pair your ZEN52 Double Relay with Vera? Excluding the device may help! This procedure acts as a soft reset to help with any configuration or inclusion issues.

 

Below are the steps to exclude the ZEN52:

 

  1. Tap the green Retry button in the bottom right corner of the app - this will put Vera into exclusion mode.
  2. Exclude the ZEN52 by pressing the Z-Wave button 3 times as quickly as possible. Alternatively, if the relay is already installed, you can simply toggle the external switch connected to ZEN52 very quickly from off to on, so: "up-down, up-down, up-down."
  3. The LED indicator should start flashing. A message at the top of the screen in Vera will confirm the device was successfully excluded.
  4. Retry the inclusion process once again - Vera will automatically go back to the inclusion screen once exclusion is finalized.
