Enjoy smooth dimming and on/off control with your ZEN27 dimmer using your Wink app; you can also add it to custom Robots.
However, Wink's interface doesn't give you access to the dimmer's advanced settings and parameter inputs (though this dimmer does give you the option to enable or disable your LED indicator even without access to advanced settings - here's how to do it. In addition, the default ramp rate is faster than V2 dimmers to accommodate systems where there's no option to customize). You'll still be able to take advantage of the dimmer's most important functionality: quick and reliable remote dimming and on/off control.
Here's how to add the device to Wink:
- Click on Hubs
- Click on Settings (the three dots in the upper right corner)
- Click on your hub (most likely named Wink Hub)
- Scroll down to Settings and click on Z-Wave Controls
- Click on Inclusion Mode
- Tap the UPPER paddle of the switch 3 times very quickly
- Rename your dimmer and start automating!
