ZEN22 VER. 2.0 VS ZEN27: What's the Difference

Wondering which dimmer switch will work best for you? Here are the main comparison points between ZEN22 VER. 2.0 and the S2 Dimmer ZEN27.

Start with answering a few basic questions:

  1. Is this for a single pole or multi-point control (3-way, 4-way, etc.) installation? If it's multi-point, go with ZEN27, if a single pole, go with ZEN22. While both will work as single pole switches, ZEN22 can handle more Wattage so you won't have to worry about counting the bulbs.
  2. How much load will be connected to the dimmer? If it's just a couple of bulbs, go with the ZEN27, if it's 5 or more bulbs, go with ZEN22.
  3. Are your LED bulbs on this list? If not, go with ZEN27. But if your bulbs are listed, you're good to go with the ZEN22.

Not sure which version or model number you have? Just see the back of your dimmer for model and version information.
