Customize everything from relative humidity to LED behavior so that the sensor best fits your needs.
You can find the full list of custom options in the 4-in-1's device manual (look for the Advanced Settings section), but the process to adjust these parameters in Vera is the same for all.
Here's how to how to adjust the parameter settings, taking motion sensitivity and re-trigger interval as examples:
1. Open your Vera online interface (the browser dashboard, not the app)
2. Click on the Zooz 4-in-1 Sensor
3. Go to Device Options
4. Click on Add configuration settings
5. Put in the following:
To change motion sensitivity:
- Variable = 6
- Data Size = 1 byte dec
- Desired Value = [1 to 7 where 1 is high sensitivity and 7 is low sensitivity]
For re-trigger interval:
- Variable = 5
- Data Size = 1 byte dec
- Desired Value = [15 - 60 where 15 stands for 15 seconds and 60 stands for 60 seconds]
6. Click on Save Changes
7. Click the Z-Wave button with a paperclip 2 times quickly just like during inclusion to make sure the commands go through
